Why camp
"For one week, she gets to be a kid again."
YoungLives walks alongside teen moms — meeting them where they are, sharing real life, and inviting them into a community that says you matter. Camp is the heartbeat of that ministry. For five days, our girls leave behind the weight they carry, laugh until their cheeks hurt, and hear — many for the first time — that they're loved. Free childcare on site means moms get to fully rest.
The bus is how we get there. Sponsoring the bus means none of our girls miss out because of transportation. Every gift — big or small — gets her one mile closer to camp.
